Booth Rental

Fees are listed below. The full amount is required to reserve any booth space. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

Single, 10’ x 10’ $650
Single, 10x10 Premium $675
Double, 20’ x 10’ $950
Double, 20' x 10' Premium $1000
Non-profit (state organization) single, 10’ x 10’ $450

Exhibitors must furnish their own equipment – tech support will not be available.

Drapery and table coverings will be provided. Booth registration includes:

  • Pipe and drape
  • Two 8’ skirted tables; two side chairs (for each 10’ x 10’ booth space)
  • Electricity
  • Overnight security
  • Wireless Internet
  • Barcode Scanner (Limited number available on a first-come-first-served basis – may be reserved when registering. See General Information for more information.)
  • Punch Card (Indicate if you wish to participate when registering)
  • Name Badges
  • Complimentary registration for three company representatives listed on your Exhibitor Registration
