Don't miss your chance to get a great spot for the upcoming 2014 conference. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The 28th Annual TIE Conference will be held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
The TIE Conference is the largest event South Dakota holds with the specific focus of presenting teaching materials, instructional practices, and technology applications to school administrators, teachers, computer coordinators, librarians, and media specialists. It will be an excellent opportunity to display your products to 1,300 educators from across South Dakota and neighboring states.
Conference participants will be interested in state-of-the-art equipment and products applicable for managing schools or providing instruction.
Proposals are not yet being accepted for the 2014 conference. Any individual in a position to gain monetarily either directly or indirectly for a product they endorse is considered a vendor. Vendors must have a booth in the exhibit hall before their proposal can be submitted for consideration and they will not receive a stipend. Vendors are strongly encouraged to team up and present with a local K-12 teacher.

There are a number of sponsorship & advertising opportunities available.
- Setup - Sunday 12:00 - 5:00 PM and Monday 7:00 - 9:00 AM
- Exhibits open - Monday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Exhibits open - Tuesday 9:30 - 11:45 AM
- Teardown - Tuesday 11:45 AM - 2:00 PM
No teardowns prior to 11:45 AM. Please adjust your travel plans accordingly.
Exhibit Hall Functions
Conference participants generally visit the exhibit hall between sessions. The planning committee has also scheduled these well-attended events in the exhibit hall to ensure that participants have plenty of time to interact with exhibitors.
- Monday – Festival of Technology Grand Opening, 3:00 - 5:00 PM with complimentary snacks and prize drawings
- Tuesday – Festival of Technology Celebration, 10:40 - 11:30 AM complimentary snacks and prize drawings

Cancellations after March 1 are NOT refundable - including cancellations from inclement weather. If booth space is cancelled in writing by applicant prior to March 1, a service fee of 25% per booth will be charged.
