The decorator for the show is the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. Please contact them at 605-394-4115 for additional items – availability and pricing. Additional items beyond those provided with booth rentals will be at the expense of the exhibitor.

The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center will accept and store freight delivered after April 14. The shipping label should include – TIE Conference Exhibits, your company name, and booth number. Ship to: Rushmore Plaza Civic Center, 444 Mt. Rushmore Rd N., Rapid City, SD 57701.

You are responsible for the packaging and shipping of freight after the conference. Please make your arrangements with the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center or shipping company prior to arriving at the conference. There will be no TIE staff available to facilitate this.
