When you have completed your online registration you will receive an invoice via email. Mail the invoice with your check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover only) information to Deanna Bies , TIE 2008 1925 Plaza Blvd , Rapid City , SD 57702 . Check should be made payable to West River Foundation. Payment must be received prior to March 14th to be assured of a listing in the conference book.

After the receipt of your payment, a booth space will be assigned and you will receive a confirmation letter informing you of the space you have been assigned. An example of the exhibit hall layout may be viewed online. This layout may vary due to number of exhibitors. A number of spaces have already been assigned due to pre-registration for exhibitors who attended TIE 2008. A listing of vendors and spaces will appear as registrations are received.

Cancellations after March 9th, 2008 are NOT refundable - including cancellations from inclement weather. If booth space is cancelled in writing by applicant prior to March 9th, 2008, a service fee of 25% per booth will be charged.
