TIE will provide the following standard A/V room setup for breakout sessions:

              1 LCD projection unit

              1 screen or white wall

              1 extension cord

              1 powerstrip

              2 skirted tables at the front of the room

Any additional equipment is the responsibility of the presenter.

TIE requires all presenters to supply their own computers.
